Launceston Wildlife Retreat is a perfect place to unwind and relax, come as a quest leave as a friend. Get to know the Tasmanian wildlife from your private balcony, the retreat only takes one booking at a time. There is information on the Tasmanian wildlife and plants, grab the opportunity to sit, read and observe all at once.
The retreat is right on the banks of the South Esk River, which is the longest river in Tasmania it has a huge catchment area that eventually ends up in the famous Cataract Gorge. The retreats rooms and balcony over look the South Esk River where the birds and wildlife call home.

The property is classified as Non Smoking, although you can smoke in the garden.
Features
Private, downstairs self contained holiday retreat, two spacious queen size bedrooms, kitchen/laundry facilities, bathroom, lounge, huge balcony. Each room configuration is north facing and spacious, appointed with a queen size bed which over look the South Esk River.
Beds are fitted with electric blankets, and there is a reverse cycle air-conditioner. Guests are welcome to use the television, I Pod and help themselves to the many books, Netflex and CDs which are provided.
Complimentary off street parking for two cars.
Right on the South Esk River (river frontage), walk to the bus stop, short bush walk to the South Esk River.

Kitchen/laundry, stove top, oven and full size fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, etc undercover BBQ, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linen supplied, reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities plus some fresh coffee beans to self grind as you require.
